I wish I could give these thieves no stars, but I have to leave a review. There are so many reasons you should NEVER go to this place. Let's start with the fact that they have a record of running UNAUTHORIZED credit checks making your credit score plummet. I was told I needed to provide my social insurance number and driver's license in order to TEST DRIVE a vehicle. I did not give verbal OR written consent for my credit to be checked, and they still did it FIVE times. They think they can take advantage of everyone that walks through their doors because they might have a weak credit score or debts they have not paid off. I have good credit, a job, and a vehicle of my own completely paid off and they STILL tried to take advantage of me. They do this so that you are not able to visit any other car dealerships because your score will be so low from their hits by the time you get there. You will have no choice but to go crawling back to them for a car with insane interest rates that will cost you more than it is worth the SECOND you drive off the lot. If your credit is good or excellent, they will make sure you leave with bad or fair because of the amount of times they will run it through their system. You are better off buying a car you can pay for in full for a couple thousand than trusting these goofs with your credit or money. They also lie about their vehicle history and try selling you cars that have been through various serious accidents. DO NOT trust these guys with a dime.

I contacted Simon Laski at Best Rate Auto sales when looking for an affordable 8 passenger SUV. I don’t even know where to begin, so I’ll tell my story. Test drove a truck with Simeon, and he was very distracting to drive with. The truck had brake issues that he promised he would fix. We bought the truck and was disappointed that they didn’t fix the problem. I go back to tell him about my issue because I have a lousy 30 day warranty. He BACKLASHES at me because of the issue he sold me?!!?! Telling me that it’s costing him money, I’m sorry but how is this my problem? He ends up fixing it but seems very displeased. Oh while it was getting fixed overnight, I had a keychain stolen out my truck! So I drive it again and THE SAME PROBLEM arises. I go back to him kinda nervous because of his first reaction. He doesn’t say a word to me and seems like he doesn’t want to talk to me at all. I felt 0 trust in that man. After getting it back the problem is better but not completely fixed. I don’t even bother wasting my time going back. After about 2 months of driving, I get the wonderful check engine light and figure out the transmission is going and there’s a chipped tooth on the differential. So yeah avoid this dealer!
Simon and Simeon were professional. First time buyer, never felt surprised by anything during the whole process and super happy with the vehicle I ended up with. Definitely would recommend.

My experience with Best Rate Auto has been amazing. I needed a new car and fast after my old one kicked the bucket. Simon Laski not only had me in a vehicle in less than a week, he also made sure that he helped me get into just the right vehicle that met our most important needs, affordability, reliability and fuel efficient.
