Absolutely terrible! Complete waste on money. I paid tutoring lessions for my son to succeed in school, but this tutoring academy is nothing! 1. The tutor is always behind deadlines 2. I would notice my son would have off topic convesations with one of them 3. Expensive for my son to get 70's 4. Unprofessional!! I texted her for more missing components and scheduled sessions that she never showed up to, and she started ignoring calls and emils. 5. Many cancellations 6. Always complaining that they're always busy - don't open an acedemy if you cannot handle work schedule's I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACADEMY TO ANYONE! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!
Absolutely horrible. Paid for 8 sessions so 150 back in the beginning of October. Our schedules didn't line up well enough for sessions to occur more often AND she had no idea what she was doing, every problem she helped me work through was incorrect. I have messaged her MULTIPLE times about getting a partial refund and she has ignored every message, call and email. She is unprofessional.
