An in-depth discussion about the process and materials used, outlined the scope of the project and put my mind at ease prior to commencement. The team at Brookdale was very responsive. We were referred to them by Third Eye Home Inspections and they did not disappoint. They surveyed the basement and were very careful to only do the work that was necessary to avoid higher costs. They replaced my sump pump and did waterproofing around the perimeter walls of the basement. The guys working (Ivan, Brian and John) were courteous and made sure that I understood the plan before doing anything. They did their best to clean up at the end of each day. Pricing is competitive. Work was done well and quickly (they finished ahead of schedule without any problems). I would highly recommend them for any waterproofing or basement work that you need.
