Terrible service. 0 star. I missed the delivery, they called and I told them I can pick up the package but the same day they made a return label for my package so I couldn't pick it up. They had my shipment in their truck for a whole week when I could have picked it up or they could have attempted to deliver again. And what is this even supposed to say

Ordered an ebike from Toronto. Shipped 02/04/21 and was given an estimated delivery date of 02/05/21. Waited all day but didn't show up. Great. Have to wait the weekend now. Come Monday, no update. Late Tuesday I get an update that it has departed a facility in Edmonton Alberta. 3500 Km away. Toronto is 400km from where I am and they ship my product halfway across the country. Nobody is there to help on Live chat and the phone operater gives you the run around. I will never use this service again.
I had previously left a one start review due to abysmal service from calling Canpar's 1-800 number, email, and using the defective tracking online; however, my experience with staff at the Windsor, Ontario location led me to change my review. Brittany was incredibly helpful to me, and thanks to her great service, I took the effort to change my review from 1 star to 3. If my review were based on her service alone, it would be 5 stars.
Wasn't allowed in the building which was unfortunate but under COVID lockdown understandable. My package was just returning to Canpar as I missed the home delivery. Off the truck and in my hands in a reasonable time.
Worst customer service EVER! Good luck trying to get ahold of them, but if you are lucky enough, good luck having them fix your problem or answer your questions! I avoid shipping with them at all costs now. Absolutely disappointing! Get some trained people in there and fix the many technical bugs you have!
