Wow. What a terrible company. I asked them to send a technician to diagnose a problem with a low boy oven. They sent me a bill for 277, no details on the bill. When I called to inquire as to the reasoning behind this amount, they explained that there was a 103 charge per hour for the technician. I explained that, from my camera times (the restaurant has cameras in the kitchen), the technician was there for 34 minutes. They said they would check their GPS and call me back. I waited a day, after they had already charged me 400 via credit card and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he would call me back. He did in a timely fashion, said that they could reduce the charge to 215, said that theee was a truck charge, a fuel charge etc. I said that I understood this, but may I have a breakdown of how they arrive at this cost. He said he wasn’t sure, anc that he didn’t have “the specifics” in front of him. He said that they have different rates for different customers? Cardinal then charged my credit card, after specifically being told not to. I understand that nothing is inexpensive, but 277 for 34 minutes, plus the run around, plus the lack of a detailed invoice!! As a restaurant owner, I’m surprised that this business could survive with a lack of transparency, and frankly, dishonesty
