The professionalism of the entire team here is impressive and I will definitely be back. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. Every staff member makes you feel at home. Adrian's is a great listener and communicator, his knowledge and techniques are superior to anything I have experienced before. His hands are magic and his skill of identifying the area of tension each and every time is amazing to me. I have since introduced my family to him and we all feel the same. Thankyou for your ongoing excellent service and kindness. I would highly recommend this establishment and staff.

I highly recommend CBI Health Centre - Windsor Tecumseh! First of all, I was amazed that I was working with a Team of Professionals all working towards the common goal of getting me better. I felt like a Professional Football Player. I collaborated with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists and an Occupational Therapist. It was a real Team effort. They are true experts at what they do. The Facility is extremely clean. You have very friendly Reception. They give you a token for parking and there is a washroom on site. Due to Covid, I was able to have some sessions over Video Calls, and all my upcoming appointments were easy to see online. They take their Covid Screening and Protocols very seriously, and I had no worries while being there. I had a serious injury. They never gave me false hope or promises. They just clearly gave me, and fully explained, their course of treatment. It was difficult at times, but they know what they are doing! Even if I struggled, they were extremely Positive and exercises could be modified or temporarily removed. It was a collaborative, evolving process. Even if I had a set back, I was reminded to look at how much better I was from the first day I went in! Overall, my experience was the reason I give this review 5 stars. - John M

I am so impressed with everyone at CBI Health Centre! The staff are very welcoming and Adrian and David have been a huge help. I was in quite a bit of pain for a very long time. After one visit I felt a lessening of the pain and after one month, the difference is remarkable. I only wish I had gone sooner!
