Delicious drinks, however on Monday, family day, I called to get their hours they said they close at 11pm!!. I arrived just before 10pm with my family and after counting my money I was about to get out of my car as a male worker in a red shirt walked over and flipped the sign to closed. He saw us but didn't care apparently . I just drove here in a snow squal and called to make sure they would be open, very disappointed....our whole family was.
Chatime is one of my favorite drink ever since I still lived in Indonesia. Imagine my surprised when I know they open here in Windsor lol My forever favorite drink from Chatime is Taro Milk Tea. Never get bored of this flavor.
Delicious. A great treat. Great bonus that they do loyalty points based off your phone number. The grapefruit juice is delicious. They are typically very sweet and it's great that you can request the amount of sugar you want in it so it appeals to all tastes. The Chatim Pearl Milk tea is good too.
I love Chatime but for this particular location, I find that the workers operating the store can be slow with getting drinks to the customers and lack friendliness. The tapioca is never prepared correctly, too rubbery for my liking.
I've tried many of the bubble tea and they were all so good. The macarons and the tiramisu are so good as well!
Good products....but the staff is slow ..and no communication between them...which would have made for faster service ...20 minutes for a couple drinks is unnecessary
