When I could get them out to clean the windows they did a good job for a great price. The issue is getting them to show up. The one time I called for them to come out, they did not show at the time they booked stating they were busy even though they booked the time. I had to call to get them to come out. this last time i thought i would give them another chance things can happen, they booked a time, this was 3 Fridays ago, still have not showed up. I have emailed and called, left messages and still have not heard back from them. Very disappointing, I will be going with another company going forward. Not a great way to run a business and this was a business they were supposed to come out to.
