They display your money for all to see on the top shelf and count your money really loud for everyone to hear. The guy next to me kept looking over because he knew I had a large amount because of their big mouths. And they're not friendly.

The rates without preferred account are not the best you can get, they are the same or even worse than what you get at the bank. Get a preferred account (PAD), bring your drivers license and verify you are getting the best rate - tell them you have a pad and need a preferred rate. Otherwise, the rate you get is a ripoff. Be sure you get/save receipt and verify the rate, mistakes and miscounted cash are common. Be prepared to have to come back - the Windsor Devonshire location staff and manager are very nice, but frequently have issues with system or paperwork that they can't solve on their own and will require you to come in again after issue is solved. The “operation” people that sit in Toronto (specifically Teresa) are fairly incompetent and might forget to get in touch with you. it is not a well run, competent or honest company, so if you choose to use it, make sure you verify the rate they are giving you at least matches windsor station currency exchange, insist on preferred rate, follow up, recount. Also, any business that only responds to positive reviews & does not professionally address & resolve not positive feedback is not interested in taking responsibility & fixing their company.

My husband works in the USA, so for us, currency exchange is a constant thing. We love the amazing service and rates they have to offer. We have never had an issue with any employee, but our favourite is Violet. I strongly recommend continental currency exchange to anyone looking for the best service and the best rates in town.

They have a transaction fee, be careful, when they tell you the rate , they don’t mentioned the fee. Not good

Honestly the best customer service at that mall hands down .. The manager and the entire team are the absolute best. I go there all the time to get some US dollars and I mostly deal with the customer service rep (violet) .. She is so efficient and friendly. They also offer really good student rates.. If you're in Windsor looking to exchange some currency ..that is definitely the place to go!

This is the only place I exchange money in Windsor. Not only do they have the most competitive rates; they also have an amazing and friendly staff. I don’t have favorites as they’re all great.. but Violet was the first one to help me and has been my go to girl for years now. Continental currency is doing absolutely everything right! Also they have student rates which are amazing.
