Excellent service. People are courteous but price of tires are sometimes more pricey than other stores.
They never answer the phone, and when you call the Costco administrator, and tell them the tire centre is not answering the phone, they say "they are probably busy, can I transfer you there?" What is the logic of that if you can't even leave a message?!? Just terrible customer service.
Service for new tires was straight to the point and quick with installation. Booked an appointment online and was smooth sailing. Will be back for all future installations.
I agree with Brunilda -- the person who said the Tire Centre never answers the phone and should take it off the list of options. I tried 2 - 4x per day for 5 days straight... NEVER! Then called administrative to ask how to reach them and admin did not answer either. I once had work done a while ago and it was so-so.
They try to sell you on things you didn't ask for and refuse to listen to you about anything. They also forgot to call me when my car was done.
Best place for tires. Even when not on sale, pricing is reasonable and service is matchless. My only gripe is that they don't carry much inventory. I suppose that's how they keep prices low.
Prices are competitive however even though you book a time it apparently takes over 2 hours to change 4 tires, would rather pay a little more to receive proper booking times. Could it be that they want you to shop longer & spend more or maybe you will be back sooner due to your groceries going bad while you wait? Either way terrible service!
