David took on our company's work and said the required drawings were delivered to City Hall. I took a short vacation believing all was in order. When returning, I gave City Hall 3 more weeks before respectfully checking: they did not receive the drawings. I doubled back to David with daily phone messages and 2 office visits over the next 2 weeks. Despite promises of a return call to this day none were made. Conclusion: David lied about doing the drawings and delivering them to City Hall. Consequence, the project was delayed several months while a new engineer was found and did the work. I do not recommend David because he is not trustworthy. He lacked the integrity to simply say "I can't take on the work at this time. Here is another engineer who can."
