I call Pereira's comment a lie. I have been a driver there for years and have never done a cash job without a bill. He must have burned other concrete companies in the past.
I made an appointment with Sean for a driveway. He forgot to meet at the scheduled time, so I called his office and told him I was there waiting and I expected him to show up. Once there, he repeatedly asked if I would pay cash to avoid taxes, I refused and told him I wanted an invoice. We agreed on a price and we were to wait 2 months due to rainy weather. When the time came to start the job, they then told me they handed my job to another company since, I didn't want to pay them cash. That other company never called me, ever. I called Sean again to complain and he told me he that he'd take care of it and call me right back to tell me what happened, I never got that call either. I am now delayed by months and have to start all over.
