Without the chance that Kyle Devine and his team gave me i would never be in the shop that I'm in now. I'm not saying that it is perfect because not everyone is the perfect match for every job, and the current job I am at now has nothing to do with him or his company.... But simply getting the experience and being able to say I've done those jobs got me over 20 an hour. So thank you to all the people who dealt with my angry self and still pushed to get me in to jobs that I wasn't even suited for at the time.

Fantastic agency. Grant Molyneux was very professional and very helpful with offering career advice pertaining to my field. He allowed me to realize my working potential and offered excellent strategies for networking and connecting with potential employers. I highly recommend seeing Grant and the rest of his team!!
If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. I had an interview for 11 am. I arrived at 10:54 am for my interview and they made me wait a half an hour for an interview room, and I probably would have had to wait longer, but I left after a half an hour. This is not professional, nor is this any way to treat people looking for work.
Kyle and his team are amazing people. When in search of a new job I’d highly recommend him and his team as they have amazing connections with business’s around windsor Essex county!
I have connected with these types of Hiring Personnel organizations multiple times before. The first interaction they are your best friend. They have the same pitch as a car sales man. Their comments “Oh for sure I’ll do anything for you…” There were numerous instances where Devine Personnel do not follow through, and made drastic errors on their end. If you are going to run a company… Do your due diligence.. I do not care what kind of business you run, when you say you are going to follow up, and you do not provide any feedback in return. If I have to go out of my way multiple times to get a status update…. It REALLY EFFECTS poorly on your company, and lose trust, along with your reputation. The more you start to work with them, the more you’ll notice their unprofessionalism to unravel They are probably good in providing manual labour work, however if you are specialist or a senior/professional in your field, I recommend looking somewhere else

Worked for Devine Personnel for just over a year. Had a great experience the whole time. Owner really showed he cared for each individual and their needs. If you have a car and an open availability he can find you a job. Even if your on a bus route theres something available. I found one job to not suit the needs I had and he was completely understanding and found me a new position elsewhere within 24 hours. 5/5 . Dont believe me sit down and talk with him, you'll see that hes not like any other agency in Windsor, and I can say this as I've worked for 2 others in between jobs and layoffs elsewhere
From start to finish this was a great experience, if you're in the market for a new career/job then this is the place to go, Kyle and his staff are top notch.
