They didn't ever deliver the flowers that I ordered to my friend for her birthday. I waited all day to hear back from her but her birthday passed and she never received them :( They did not tell me that they would not be delivering them either, so I could have at least ordered them from somewhere else. When I emailed them the next day, I received a single email saying "refund processed." I had to call my bank several times in the meantime and the refund was issued almost a week later. I also called them numerous times and sent them numerous emails regarding the details of the refund, as my bank asked me to do, none of which were answered. They simply don't pick up the phone or reply to your emails. Don't waste your time ordering from here. It was a headache and a half.

Ordered flowers for Mother's day. Saturday or Sunday delivery. Was not delivered until Tuesday. No attempt to contact me if there was a problem. Then gave an excuse for street signs. Still no phone call was made to find anything out. Finally delivered on Tuesday with extra flowers in order.
Ordered the "It's Your Party" floral arrangement that is supposed to be full of beautiful carnations and roses and look like a birthday cake, "served" on a cake platter for my mothers birthday ... a total hot mess is what was delivered...all daisies, it was round and sitting on a pie plate. My 11 year old could assemble a nicer arrangement. They totally disregarded my email expressing my disappointment. No response...don't waste your money on these people folks...pay the delivery charge and the cost of arrangement elsewhere and it will probably still be cheaper.
The bouquet delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. My mom loves yellow flowers, so i ordered a "Full of Smiles" bouquet which is yellow roses and carnations and white daisies in a Smiley Face Mug. I was so excited because I knew she would love it. What was delivered a square glass vase with dark brown/purple lilacs and a few red roses and a couple of white carnation. Not one yellow flower in the whole bouquet. My mom hates lilacs. It was a disaster.
This company is a disgrace. Ordered flowers online for my mother in law's birthday, as I live in a different city. I received an e-mail at 4:45 p.m. the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, saying they couldn't deliver. Tried calling, no answer and voicemail full. AVOID AT ALL COST... It was my mother's 70th Birthday.. thanks for ruining it!
Just awful. Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral on Thursday the 12th of October. They had no problem charging my visa and emailed me to say the arrangement would be delivered Saturday the 14th. I visit the funeral home on Sunday the 15th and the flowers never arrived. Even spoke with the Staff at Families First and they advised that they did not receive the flowers. I have placed 2 phone calls with no response and the funeral home has also called on my behalf. I will be following up with the better business bureau. Completely unacceptable, shame on them.
Ordered for a Friday, never received notification that the product could not be delivered, was not delivered any subsequent day. Attempted to contact the shop via phone and e-mail several times and no response. Suddenly, the following tuesday I received notification that a refund was completed. No reasons why, AND, my recipient never received their flowers! SAY NO TO THIS BUSINESS.
If I could give a lower rating I would. The flowers were suppose to be delivered same day but didn't arrive till the next day in the evening. They had been sitting in the heat as well. When I called to ask why the flowers were not delivered they told me no one answered the door. The recipient was home and sitting near the front door that day. If they had come we would have seen them and the dogs would have barked. They told me when I called back the flowers were on the way. Still nothing. Then I received an email saying they were delivered successfully. They then stopped answering my calls. When I tried to go to the flower shop they were not at the address that is on their website. Worst customer service! I will never order from there again.
