The salesman is very patient with you, to make sure you get the best quality of windows and doors... when the installers came To install the windows they are very friendly And they really take a lot of pride in their work, you will not be disappointed with this company 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.... keep up the fantastic work

We could not be more pleased with the quality and service we received from DuraVu. We threw them a challenge and they rose to the occasion. We had them replace our front entry door and some windows. Normally replacement doors are pre-hung and come with a bottom threshold as part of the frame. We wanted the door installed without the bottom piece as it would stick up 1 1'4 inches and become a possible tripping hazard. Although they had never done an installation like this they took it on and delivered exactly what we asked for.The results are stunning and spectacular. Not only does it not look like a retro fit, but the tripping risk is gone. DuraVu truly understands how to take care of a customer. Great Job !!!

From Bruno/Chad, Gord and Sonny, the manufacturers , and the awesome installation from Randy and Christian, this whole window affair was a grand slam!!!!! I was living in an icebox this winter surrounded by single pane windows. Even with plastic film acting as a barrier, it still dropped to around 45 degrees in my mobile home. These windows were precisely pre measured and manufactured Stat!!!!! The whole experience was very favourable and I will definitely pass their name on to anyone looking to install new windows in the very near future. Great job team....be proud of the company you represent!!!!!

We just had our front door, patio door and a kitchen window replaced by DuraVU. The quality, workmanship and service was fantastic. We are thrilled with the look of our new front door.
