Wow, why didn't I switch from MLW to Dynacare before? Fast, efficient, modern. The app and web login is really useful. You get to see your results with an explanation if they are normal/abnormal/etc.

Having experienced a sudden death in family...The staff were very understanding as my veins gave then much difficulty.. yet the team pulled and a staff member who never fails took me on..My gratitude is beyond words as to the three referrals that had to be completed..Back early to drop off samples.bwill be back early tomorrow done in time for my specialists in London. I will also pick up my purse and OHIP..

Lady reviewed my requisition form, checked me in and had me wait an hour before telling me they made a mistake and can't do my test. They are not educated on the tests they offer and preparation requirements from speaking to staff afterwards. Also they NEVER answer their phone. Go to Lifelabs on Techumseh if you want a better experience and free timely results sent to you.

TO THE STAFF, RESPECT THE LINE-UP and don’t let others jump in front of elderly people. I have seen a guy waiting outside talking on the phone and then all of a sudden one of the staff members came out and directed him to the test area directly without even waiting. My advice to you is to respect the line.

This company is treating essential workers like second rate citizens. They refuze testing to the people who bring their food. Maybe we should refuze to bring them food.

The hours of operation on Saturday is entered as 8am-2pm on their website. I had fasted all night planning to get to their office at 12:15pm before they close. I decided to call their phone at 11:45am and a voice said they close at 12pm on Saturdays, but still referring me to their website with a conflicting information. I decided to go elsewhere as not to be disappointed. Confusing.....
