I had a great experience in this service from Detroit to Windsor. They are great with their hospitality. The operations manager is a great enthusiast and very helpful. They are a great service and I would not give a second thought on recommending this service to others.

I want to catch a flight from Windsor to Toronto airport. I have family and seven luggage and two carry-on with me. I have called the cab company but many of them refused and three of them have offered me two cabs instead of one because of luggage and that I can't afford. I keep searching for even limo and may of them haven't answered may be because of mid night time and I felt disappointed. Then elegance limo service received the call and they offered me reasonable price with my family and all luggage. Mr. Kal came after 25 minutes of reservation with company with brand new and clean van. He gave us smooth ride and very helpful. He took stops where we want and we offered him dinner. He treated us very well and politely and he is professional and well aware about driving rules.
During the covid19 pandemic I was in detroit mi. Im a permanent resident of Canada and needed to get back to windsor Ontario. I call multiple limo and taxi cab services from Detroit and windsor and got the same answer from all of them, "sorry we won't go across." I finally called ELEGANCE LIMOUSINE SERVICES from windsor Ontario and spoke to KAL. He told me no problem for a very reasonable rate of 110 he would personally come to the Detroit side of the tunnel and pick me up. He arrived shortly after that in a very clean, nice new Chrysler pacifica and 5 min later and a brief chat with the primary border officer we were cleared and allowed entry. Thanks again to KAL AT ELEGANCE LIMOUSINE SERVICES FOR BEING THE BEST!!!!!
