Is anybody else having so much money in gas bills? Its crazy prices coming up . Good luck people.
My mother had to deal with an arrogant customer service rep who instead of explaining the process and policy before doing whatever she needed to do, she did it her own way and then explained to my mother in the most unprofessional, arrogant manner. I worked for customer service before and that's not professional at all. I don't think the rep actively listened to the customer's need/concerns.
Just a suggestion for the revised bill to facilitate easier payment. Why not have the account number and the TOTAL amount due appear on the same page or in close proximity to each other .
