I gave one star but now ZERO star for such a unprofessional behaviour. Always try to cross sell their product to the customer, unprofessional and make you pay more and more .. for future clients- be specific in what you need otherwise they will make you pay more and more . ( just for giving a single star owner of the company eric tries to abuse threat and use racial comments. Not a good professional behaviour, i request all the clients and future clients to find the true face of the owner eric who is running a service based company with zero tolerance for negative comment regarding his services!! Will never recommend this company very racist and abusive behaviour. Please find the email screen shots of eric below. If you are in business be professional and stop targeting personally!! -------------- - update to owner response- if you are that concerned about your employees you could have simply discontinued services rather than taking it personal and using abusive words and racist comments and trying to provoke this shows your professional character and conduct. you know that you did mistake by personal abusing one, now stop false allegations just to make up that you look good you are exposed and let the client be aware with who you are dealing with!!
