Stay away from FCA products. Disgraceful customer care and even worse in quality of parts and design. My vehicle has been dismantled on a hoist at a dealership for 5 weeks now. I have called FCA every day for 5 weeks to find out what the status is on the parts needed and they are unable to provide me with any answer. I can have something custom made across the world in China and shipped to my doorstep in a less time. Parts to be replaced are covered under warranty and FCA is unwilling to provide a rental vehicle. I requested a rental after 2 weeks, then again after 4 weeks to no avail. This is my second transmission and fourth transmission issue. Every time they fix something under warranty is breaks again. I can't comprehend why the Government bailed them out with taxpayer money. Poor taxpayers and silly me for buying an FCA product.

Very hardy SUV and reliable !! I have a request if you are in contact with representatives of a Jeep, then tell them for Russia they made the most reliable jeep! There is one Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013 with a 3.6 engine, it has a mileage of almost 800,000 thousand kilometers or 497,096,954 thousand miles !! Not a problem except a broken gearbox !!

Disgraceful Customer Service!!!!! I did not authorize an emisions recall to be completed as it effects performance and fuel economy. I had specifically told the dealership both in December and in March that I did not want the reprogramming to be done. The dealer did it while at the dealership for another issue. I was told that it was not completed, but I noticed a difference in performance. I put a complaint in to Fiat Chrysler who today confirmed that the dealership had done the reprogramming. Fiat Chrysler has washed their hands of it as they don't get involved with dealer issues. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THE FIAT CHRYSLER NAME ATTACHED TO IT AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! ECODIESEL GARBAGE

I had my 2019 Dodge Ram truck being fix for a month due to a factory issue, I had it for about 5 months, almost 1500 of parts needed to be replace and about 1000 plus in labour(New engine wiring harness and new starter) I asked for a new lease, due to the mental thought of the vehicle being faulty and was told that policy would not allow it. Then I tried to escalate this issue to Chrysler customer care, thinking they would have some care for there customers, was told that there was no chance of accommodation, because my situation doesn’t fall under their policy. I asked the Chrysler customer agent to talk to the manager and denied me and told me that it was not gunna happen. I’m trying to let them know if they accommodated me in any way then I would feel valued as a customer but I just realized when the truck was being sold they were all there cutting the ribbon with me but when something goes wrong everyone hides in a corner and blames one another.

Warranty Issue - vehicle at 62K (2K outside warranty) ONLY 30 month old truck and AC goes (2k to fix and they wont cover). An AC!!! -it's not like it gets a lot of use - we live in Canada - it was used what, maybe 6-8 months total!!!! And try to work with them on it- all you will get is corporate gibberish regurgitated to you from their agents. They don't seem to want to help you when it is a warranty issue, but they don't seem to mind that I need to take a day to get all the RECALLS fixed !!! I had 5 recall notices on this truck! Lease is up in 3 months and I will need a new vehicle - so a dsipute over 2K and I will be leasing a 60K vehicle from Ford or import. Talk about cutting of your nose to spite your face.
