I live out of town and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Windsor for her birthday. I chose Flowers By Design based on reviews and was not disappointed. Online ordering was easy and service was friendly and professional. A slight substitution was required but I received a call beforehand to advise of the change, which was much appreciated. The arrangement was beautiful; both the recipient and I were happy with the final product. I would definitely order from Flowers By Design again.
