I'm very thankful to the lady and the gentleman who run this service for cleaning up my white wool jacket. After two years, my favorite white jacket got spots on the collar, soiled cuffs and pockets. I had very little hope, because white wool is hard to clean, but these cleaners returned me the jacket in like new condition - no spots at all! Thank you very much!
I used them for the first time this week. When I went to collect my items I could not pay because the atm network was down and they only accept cash. She actually told me it was ok and to come back later and make it up and did so with an incredible smile. Who does that anymore? They trusted me and yet had only met me once. Even when I dropped my items off originally, I had such a pleasant, real conversation with the man who runs the shop, as if I stepped in the 1950s. Wonderful people, who could teach our generation a thing or two about business.
