Room was freezing cold, we turned the heat up and it didn’t go up a single degree. We stayed on Valentine’s Day and surprisingly it was very quiet in the hotel. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful during check in, at night decided to go pickup some take out and when driving down the parking garage we could not get out but nobody notified us. The road is completely blocked when you come down the parking garage and the other side is blocked with a huge garbage. Room was clean, enjoyed the streaming service, bathroom also very clean.

Room had a smell. 3 blocks away from the water and great view of Detroit. In a trendy part of town with lots of night life. Food all around the area. The staff were amazing and informative. You can't miss out being the heart of downtown.
The staff here are so kind and helpful! Absolutely great to the clients and very easy to work with.
Extremely well mannered staff. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Thank you!
My new favorite place to stay while in Windsor. I highly recommend staying here.
Very horrible experience. Management had no care of keeping the customers happy. We paid over 2,000 for two weeks and had a incident when it was time to check out . Some of the Staff was very unprofessional and had no care . Nice room but let me just say this always check ur rooms from top to bottom .... never will I pay my money to a hotel with the sneaky ways they handle things.
I stayed at this hotel for one night for a staycation! Check-in was painless and quick. The room was very clean and cozy. Not too big, not too small. Parking is okay. One thing, make sure you turn off the alarm, goes off too early in the morning.
My first less than stellar review on Google. The service people were wonderful so its not their fault. The website said the rooms had a kitchenette, which is not the case, I was really banking on even just a microwave for my sandwich. No breakfast which is fine. Parking is not tragic. The big issue though are these paper thin walls, you are at the mercy of your neighbours, you hear them talking, their TV, their most *ahem* intimate moments even when they aren't giving it in a spirited manner, when renovating nobody thought "hm weird I can hear Joe in the next room maybe I should soundproof this wall" nope, I have hair follicles thicker than this wall, genuinely considered opening it myself to see what (if anything) is being this drywall. It certainly isn't concrete, maybe a thin layer of insulation? My neighbours were going at it all night even after being asked to quiet down, which, while impressive, has left me tired and unexcited for my cold sandwich. Likely won't be staying here again :( Edited to add the screenshot from the website listing their kitchenette, With my own addition of Red X's showing they don't have it. Website people must have gotten their Mariott's mixed up.
