Wonderful experience from ordering to delivery. The very courteous female who took the order was extremely professional and was excellent with taking the order. The food came quicker than the estimated time and it was cooked perfectly. The delivery driver was also very friendly. 100% would order again.

We order from this location, and generally really enjoy the food. We definitely would hate to see them close because of this virus. However, as you can see from the receipt picture, we were not charged properly. We called and were told that regardless of what it says, that's what they are charging and the total should have actually been higher than what they charged. I get we are in a special time, where things are a bit crazy, however I still want to be charged correctly. I am ordering food to help your company stay afloat, please don't try and gauge me for the sake of it. In these times you would think you want to keep customers.
Costumer service is always the best but the food is even better! Favourite place to eat by far!
Since lockdown we have tried all the delivery apps. Cold food confusing instructions made this maddening. Francos to the rescue. You actually get to talk to a real person always friendly and helpful. The delivery staff is friendly and safe. Food arrives fast, fresh, and hot. Best of all its always delicious. The menu has it all this is not just a pizza joint. Best of all Francos is part of the Windsor family. Love you guys and gals

I just had a chicken parmesan sandwich from here, and it was a 10 out of 10. Bravo! I'll be back!
