The only place I buy my cheese in Windsor. Family owned and operated. Galati Mozzarella is one of the reasons that Windsor is known for their amazing pizza. Always friendly staff and great prices.

Galati is a Windsor tradition. I brought a twisted cheese and it had caraway seeds in it. It was very solid and tasty. You can look through a window and see them making the cheese.
