I have been to Kelly for both the reflexology and the crystal healing treatments. I fully enjoyed both services. Kelly is very professional and knowledgeable. Kelly incorporates Reiki and essential oils into her reflexology treatment which makes the treatment even more relaxing and healing. I would also recommend the crystal healing treatment which helps to unblock and focus energy. The atmosphere is tranquil and healing. I would 100% recommend Kelly and her treatments at Heal 'n Sole.

Kelly offers an amazing overall service. The room is a warm atmosphere which instills relaxation as you enter. The reflexology could be felt throughout my body as she worked on my feet. Immediately after I felt tension in my body had completely dissolved. That night I had a wonderful sleep and woke up rested and pain free. I would highly recommend, and will be returning for more treatments!
