Worked here for about a month Sure I received better training here than Sutherland but I ended up having to quit because of panic attack/anxiety every time I come in. It's not worth it if you value your mental health too much. 3 to midnight shifts really sucks too especially when you live too far

Nice place to work and good staffing
Great environment, diverse and very friendly. You just have to show up to work. You'll be trained and taught all skills needed for the job
Horrible management and training. Not a good place to work at at all. Training is pretty well baptism by fire, they throw you on the phones with minimal information as to how the procedures go and what you'll be doing. You will be forced to offer customers deals regardless of their situation. Someone calls in wanting to cancel because they're moving countries? You HAVE to offer a deal. Someone calls in wanting to cancel because they're going to be homeless? You HAVE to try to convince them to buy new products. There is no leeway with training, if you end up getting ill or having a personal issue at home that needs to be tended to during the training period, you're screwed. They don't allow schedule accommodations based off of your medical needs, transportation needs, or otherwise. Moving up in the company is extremely difficult as it depends on your uncontrollable stats. You never know how long you'll be in a call for, you never know how many times a day you'll have to transfer someone because someone else transferred them to the incorrect department, and after call work has been recently shortened for "efficiency". You are strongly pushed to make sales regardless of the caller's scenario and they are extremely secretive about what the commission rates are. They have a scent free policy but it is rarely ever enforced. Parfum is sprayed in the bathrooms and people walk in reeking of different scents all the time. In the same wave of talking about policies, you will not ever have a physical copy of their work policies. Everything you have to read is read online, on their own personal website that you have no access to outside of work. So, if you're having an issue at work that requires you to reference a policy, good luck. Bottom line: don't consider working here unless you're a sociopath who enjoys working among other sociopaths who fake emotions just as well as you do.
This Employer is Absolutely the most unprofessional, and the worst 5 week experience of my working career..Total waste of time. I was never so happy to get back to Walmart. And that in itself, is not saying much....I do NOT recommend it.
Horrible place to work . there is a lot of favoritism between the managers and the Agents not to mention that half of the managers are dating agents on the floor and in turn are willing to let them get away with extra sick days or at times even wipe out their bills themselves. After training you're basically on your own you're lucky if you're able to get help on a good day and if you have a manager called good luck if you're not ridiculed by the managers first because they don't want to take the call they'll make you wait a long time before they will take it. if you're gone for an extended period of time for whatever reason whether it be maternity leave or sick leave they will not allow you to be retrained nor will they even allow you to sit with someone for a couple days or have someone sit with you to make sure that you understand the new policies and the changes they've made. as for moving up in the company it's the same thing if you want to move. You better be friends or somebody there because if you're not friends or somebody there comes in a higher position or not dating somebody who's in a higher position good luck moving up in the company.
Worked there, once I got ill gave many doctors notes and they fought me so hard to get a steady schedule for doctor appointments. Once they would not do that for me more doctor notes to prove I was still Ill they gave me time off. Keep telling them I was sick and got patronizing responses. My mangers and co-workers tho where amazing. Only thing I miss from the job.
This place is anti men. The HR manager, to support what I said, has a sign that says, "#Girlboss". That in it of itself suggests that if a female brings a complaint about a male, he's presumed to have done it before a concocted investigation is made. I've suffered greatly because of being poorly handled by this company. False allegations are filed in large amounts there and if you don't like how you're treated, you're likely to be blacklisted in the city because they would make sure you don't get work again; true story.
