Our 4 attempts to replace a stylus for our turntable left us in utter despair when no one was able to help. We then turned to Hidden Systems in Windsor and could not have found a more helpful or, more importantly, a more knowledgeable person than Chris Fuller to come to our rescue. He was extremely generous with the time he gave to answer ALL our questions. You won't be disappointed at all with the service!! Coffee there was great too!

When my LINN Sekrit Digital Streamer failed recently I telephoned Chris and after a short conversation he diagnosed a failed start-up capacitor. He asked if I could bring it in to him in person in Windsor. I duly did just that and while I waited he fitted the new part. For LINN to do this, I would have had to send off the unit, paying the return postage myself along with over 300 (!) He charged me far less than that. For the labour and parts it was incredible value. AND.......the job was done in under an hour! Amazing stuff. Chris has been in this business for many years now and knows the electronics/hi-fi/music/streaming and sound reproduction world inside out. He is highly qualified and experienced, and I have found his service and back-up to be of the highest quality. He has NEVER let me down. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Why on earth you would want to go anywhere else!
Having just purchased a few high quality items from Chris, I can say that his service is second to none. We were treated to a long demo with patience and enthusiasm as well as plenty of expert advice. I highly recommend Hidden Systems. Friendly, non-pushy, highly knowledgeable and great personal service. A credit to the smaller independent store. Chris will definitely be my first port of call on all things audio visual.
