Decent company More than likely are pretty good as property managers for their own properties. Stay away from straight leases. As great as they are as property managers, if they’re just placing you into a lease but not managing don’t bother. They’ll wipe their hands clean of issues once you sign the lease and are in the home. Hard workers, and somewhat resourceful nonetheless.
