Charles is a deliberate, friendly, busy mechanic who runs both the front office and the repairs. He has reasonable rates, and makes sure the repair work is done well, before closing the car back up. There is a Tim Horton's nearby to grab a snack while waiting. Happy with all repairs he has done for me since 2005.

Horrible attitude to my parents. Though, we still had the mechanic replace our Alternator thinking at least he has good workmanship. It's only been 10 months later and the new alternator went bad. We got scammed with a used one or it was not installed properly as confirmed by another mechanic we trust now.

If there is a 0 ranking, Horngym deserved this title.Never come again.
Good prices owner speaks Cantonese and is very nice. Another in the shop speaks Polish. Good place for foreigners. Restaurants nearby to eat while you wait too.
