I would like to say that the service centre has a lot to be desired. I called into the centre after travelling down from Queensland for a family function and the tyre pressure light started flashing so I called in to see if I could get some help we’ll everyone was at lunch and they had so much work on they could not help me. I spent a very anxious night and decided I should go to a type company for some help we’ll it took the gentleman at Beaurepairs North Richmond less than 5 min to fix the problem thanks to him I did not have to drive back to qld in an anxious state. So a big big brick bat to you guys at Windsor

Fantastic dealership ! , purchased my car there 3 years ago and I couldn’t fault the whole experience. The reason I am writing this now is because I just traded and bought a new car from a different dealership and had the opposite experience. Would have dealt with these guys again but they didn’t have the car that I wanted in stock. I will definitely wait next time before rushing in. Definitely recommend these people

Was explaining incorrectly on phone what problem I was experiencing and the cost it would concur I sent email to Hyundai expressing my anger(?).Within half an hour Justin had checked it out and ad phoned me back.After listening to me explain what was needed he said he thought he would be able to get my problem fixed at a lot lower price and he would call me back again.He did this, told me me had solved the problem and because Hubby and I both were ill and had mobility problems he would personally pick our keys up, get them fixed and return them.This he did, all in the time frame he promised.Justin needs to be commended for the fantastic Customer Service he provided.He went above and beyond for us.Hope he makes Employee of the Month.He is an asset to your Company.
