this company is the biggest joke around had awning installed two years ago took eight months to put up. leaked all the time ,repaired once which did nothing to stop. you just keep getting run around. still waiting for repairs to be done properly two years later.

Same story as other, 4 years ago installed, now leaking....left several voice mails...no call back. Moe's a nice guy but the most disorganized, after sale service absolutely terrible. Windsor Tent & Awning must love him
Best money we ever spent love the product do we have a few minor leaks, yes, by the house mount but just in a driving rain. We are on year 4 had it cleaned last year and resealed.
Installed my awning 7 yrs. ago and without follow up and instruction to care for my awning started to deteriorate, Dirty and leaking. Called Inland and never return the call. Never will I do business with them again.
