Bought two racks of ribs to cook the same day as purchased. The racks were missing the two largest ribs, and they had a very different flavour from any other ribs that I've ever had. Kind of earthy, but hard to describe. The price was reasonable, but when I order a rack of ribs from a butcher, I expect a full rack! I expect nonsense like missing parts and hidden extras at a grocery store, but not at the butcher.
Friendly service. Good meat and great prices.
Wouldn't recommend the halibut. Or anything else really. Horrible experience during a tough time and the owner did not give a single care.
