Horrible company. First you will wait 30-45 minutes every time you call them. Then they are just ridiculous in terms of fees and costs. I spent crazy money with them for a number of years on a nice house, two sports cars and two luxury cars, and just didn’t have the time to shop them. Ultimately I cancelled when I moved to the US. Then they overcharged on cancelation.

Absolutely terrible company. If you are hovering across looking to get quotes from company, not even worth it. Would rather starve and dehydrate myself in the Arizona desert than go with Johnson’s.
Been a customer for more than 10 years with 2 houses and 2 vehicles. just hung up the phone with them because I got married and am moving into my spouses home and renting out my home. I also have another rental property. they inform me that if I do not put my husbands house into their hands, they will not insure my 2 rental properties????? I told them then I would find another insurance company to insure them. they then tell me that I will be charged a penalty for cancelling my insurance with them???? I said are you kidding me? you are not going to insure my rentals and now charge me a penalty for taking them off my policy???? Beware people!
Garbage service. Not willing to help anyone with anything. Another typical corporation ripping off people who pay on time monthly for their "service". Pay the extra money and go with a company that actually helps people. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. 3 months to settle an auto claim. Cancelled my policy as soon as it was settled. Billed me the following month after I cancelled . AVOID THIS COMPANY!
