This may be the best restaurant in the city. The chicken and rice is to die for, and there is no doubt at all that this is genuine home cooking. The beef stew is very rich (you get some of it when you order the chicken dish, don't worry!) and the chicken just falls apart in your mouth.

A cute mom and pop shop. We ordered the chicken and rice dish and oh my god was it good!!! It comes with a ton of rice, the veggies are flavorful and then chicken!!! The chicken was so delicious and tender it fell off the bone! One large box has lasted us 2.5 meals!

This is the best restaurant in the city. If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. Awesome people and the best food. Try the chicken an rice. A large order can easily feed 2 grown men.
Nothing but the best of the best, what can I say but try it for yourself if you haven't already. You have no idea what you're missing out on, Jubba is my go to for food as it is home made restaurant food. Very hard to find a gem in Windsor like this.
