I was refered to Justins Auto Clinic by a friend of mine and have been going there ever since.I have had my own vehicle worked on there but more importantly my daughters vehicles. They go there on her own and they take such great care of them . They acknowlege them and listen to what they think is the problem and reassure them that they will take care of it. Being a father of three daughters with vehicles its reassuring that I can trust Justins auto repair and that I dont have to go there to make sure that there not being takin advantage of and that they are being respected. Thank you again for your great service and honesty. Tim LaMantia
Very friendly and very clean environment. They did excellent work on my vehicle.
I will start off by saying my experience is likely a unique one and that Justin was very polite and his pricing was very fair. I brought in a car that needed its wiring looked at, it had previously had an engine swap and ECU swap as both had died. With my particular model of car (2004 Sentra SE-R Spec V with Nissan vehicle immobilizer system- NATS) I could not find an ECU that had NATS so I had an ECU without NATS installed which required modification to the wiring harness. The issue I was having was with the throttle by wire system and intake which are integrated. I brought the car in explaining what my issues were and that I wanted the wiring checked out, instead the time was spent questioning the ECU swap. Justin called and informed me that from his understanding there was no such thing as NATS and that I needed the original ECU for work to continue. As seen in the official Nissan service manual for this vehicle, the fuel pump relay either lines up to pin 113 for vehicles without NATS, or 114 with NATS and shows whatever information Justin was going off of was incorrect. I find it unfortunate that the time the car spent in his garage was investigating a non issue as they are otherwise very polite and professional and surely capable. In relation to the owners response, the computer is from a 2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V, same car, same model year. I don't expect them to be Nissan experts, I just wanted an expert opinion on whether the part itself was the issue or the wires that went to the part were the issue and that was never investigated. Entirely misplaced focus which is unfortunate but again, they were far from unprofessional.
I have never had a more positive auto repair experience! After reading reviews, I took my S70 to Justin's for the first time and the high expectations I had going on were STILL exceeded. Highly recommended!
