Kafka tried to jump my insurance by 180 a month bringing my total monthly insurance to 480 a month during a global pandemic ........ i called allstate and got the same insurance for 206 a month. Now I'm in good hands.
I've been with this company for over 4 years, the service levels declined drastically over the last 2 years. Esther is very rude to everyone and can't be bothered to answer questions and concerns. She lacks total professionalism and decency. RUDEST SERVICE possible.
Kafka are number one broker in Windsor I recommend to those folks who couldn't find the cheapest auto insurance, reach at this place , good service , hard workers staff. They superseded all other brokers
