I have had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here. The staff is AMAZING. So friendly , welcoming, caring, and respectful. My wisdom teeth weren't the easiest to get out, but they took their time and did and amazing job while making sure I was 100% comfortable. Every member of the staff whether it be the receptionist, dentist, anesthesiologist, nurse, or dental assistants were so kind. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Belanger and Dr. Doug are fantastic and have such a wonderful staff. I have very sensitive teeth and they make sure to give me enough freezing so that I don't feel anything. This is the first dentist office I have been to where I feel comfortable and relaxed going for my appointments.
Dr Colin Belanger is the worst dentist that I ever had. He was so terrible that I complained to the Professional Liability Program of The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. I wasted 810 with Dr Belanger before I decided to find another dentist. I asked him to reimburse me for the poor work, but being the greedy guy he is, he refused. Here are some highlights of the issues. Paid 365 for cleaning. If hygienist tells you she is running out of time, do not agree to come back on another date, or you’ll be paying another full fee for unfinished cleaning session. The receptionist is not a good listener. I scheduled an emergency appointment to get the filling done for my daughter. When I came in they were preparing her for an exam and cleaning, they were not aware of the filling job requested. Dr. Belanger took about 3 min to slap a filling on my daughter’s tooth. As the result the filling fallen out in 5.5 months. Paid for this visit 295. Three minutes for 295. Be aware, if you challenge Dr. Belanger with questions, he will get aggravated and will speak to you in condescending manner. Save your money and your teeth, go elsewhere.
