My experience huh? Suffice it to say that the Pastoral team to me is like no other here at Lazarus whereas I've felt that my whole life has changed because of the influences that the team as a whole has had upon me, my life and my walk as a Christian itself. I do most certainly do still struggle in many areas of my life still but now i know that i don't struggle alone and that God is always with me even in and throughout those struggles themselves. The Pastoral team are always willing to advise, assist and/or pray with or for me as per requests. I recomend the programs and/or studies that happen there for any person, couple and/or family as a whole to help you to come together in love and relationship with Christ as your center.
