Nikki was awesome! She was very friendly and cared that I get the best glasses. It has been a week and I love my glasses!! I felt I was treated fairly and with care. Definitely highly recommend this store. The previous negative reviews must have been under the old management.

I am sick of your store. Because I was treated so rudely by an employee last time I tried to get glasses there, I left and went elsewhere. The glasses I got instead are not working out, so now I have to pay out of pocket for replacement glasses as my insurance will not pay again until March. I decided to give LensCrafters another chance. What a mistake! I paid 488 dollars, waited two weeks, and no one ever called. Finally, after 16 days, I called, and oh yes, my glasses were there but no one had bothered to call me. I love when I have to do the jobs of others while spending nearly 500 and being the customer. Then I came to get my new glasses only to discover that the person who took care of me sent in the wrong prescription. She sent in my prescription for computer glasses not the one for my progressives even though she and I had a very clear conversation that I would get the computer glasses in March when I had insurance again. I am thoroughly put out with your store. I will get these new glasses in another week or so -- I suppose I will have to call and check on them to find out if they have come. And then I am done with your store. I doubt you will even use this feedback or do anything to recompense me for the time and trouble you have caused. And it all started with your very rude employee. I might add, my entire family of four has been getting their glasses at your store for over 15 years -- so we have been loyal customers who have spent a lot of money there. Too bad you no longer deserve our business.
The staff were very friendly and professional. They helped me to get the best deal and I am very satisfied with the quality of lenses and frames.
