After 1 session I received a treatment plan tailored to my needs which I could complete at home... 4 weeks later I noticed significant improvement in my symptoms. I would recommend pelvic floor physiotherapy for anyone in the post partum phase. Sonali is very resourceful and easy to talk to.

We went to Lifemark very frustrated and sore after our motor vehicle accident, especially with sprains, the pain of loss of our car and then to top it all the immense paperwork. The staff at lifemark was so exceptionally comforting even before the start of therapy. They helped us very generously with all their time, knowledge and expert services. I have to especially compliment Tina at the front desk for all her help from the very beginning and then Dr Merle, she is a magician with her hands and words. She knows her job very well. Her experience and skills are honestly unmatchable.Then Renee, the ultrasound therapy she gave my hand, so thankful for it. She is full of life and would def put some in you with her expertise and finally Heidi, she has xray fingers. Her massage goes where, when and how much needed. We overall had a fantastic experience with them. Thanks Lifemark.
