My name is Barb Van Niekerk and since moving my mother from another facility March 2020 my brother and I have been extremely pleased with the excellent service and with the very friendly and accommodating staff. They don't \Nickle and Dime\ you for every little thing and finances and services are very transparent. They have been very diligent during COVID and about reporting to family members weekly and we have no concerns about my mother's care. My mother has also settled in nicely as well, which was a big concern of ours as she has had too much upheaval in the past 4 1/2 years. This is a great place and is more reasonably priced than other facilities, which is extremely important due to our mother's dwindling financial situation.

My Father has lived at Lifetimes for 2 years. We have found the staff to be professional,efficient and friendly. The care and the food are superb. They reacted the Covid-19 event swiftly and decisively. They took excellent and compassionate care of the residents during the crisis. The staff went above and beyond what was required of them to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents. My family is grateful to them and blessed that we have found such a loving place for my Dad to live.
