Very nice updated hotel. Its very modern and the rooms are spacious. However, they lost a star because breakfast was a hot mess. Just muffins,cereal, and bananas. They should not be saying they offer breakfast because this was basically some snacks and coffee.

The place is really nice, although our first room had an issue. The carpet was wet close to the outside window. I surmised that the A/C unit was not draining properly. Management quickly changed our room. The hotel has a decent fitness center, but the pool is rather small. A Continental breakfast is served daily. Pretty typical hotel fare. But hey, you're not staying here for the amenities, are you?

they are lucky I can’t post a picture. I am a Tesla employee that was staying here for work and found a used needle in my room. I’d expect them to clean better. The front desk was professional about it but I never in my life experienced something like this at anywhere definitely not any hotel. I literally almost grabbed the thing on accident. But I’m glad it was me and not someone’s child.

It had the 2 queen beds but the space for 5 people was a little crammed up and no kitchen just a small fridge and microwave. It had a desk to put a computer. The bathroom was split into 1/2 toilet with small sink and another space with full sink and shower stall. The place is modern and staff are friendly. The parking is excellent and near the airport. There are eateries in the area. I gave this a 3 because of what I was told was incorrect about the room. Other than that the room saved us from a disaster at Days Inn down the road.

Nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms look fresh and clean and have all the amenities needed. They are even able to give you hood recommendations on food options.

Ms. Daphne & the other lady Ms. Randy are the best, my company has booked other hotels on the street, but I continuously request Spring hill Suites on Ella. I hope that Indian manager is paying them decent, two very nice ladies, truly help me in; Navigating Faxing Locally Knowledgeable And simple courteous customer service. Good service is hard to ENCOUNTER in 2021 and my company books rooms Nationwide- you better pay those ladies. 5 stars Yes stay here, if your visiting Conneticut

My second night at the hotel, I had no hot water and because it was my last night they’re not able to give me different room, even though cold water is in the shower. Thinking the night staff would gladly help , instead I am met with a nasty attitude from the night staff and my aunt that is wheelchair bound is forced to take a very icy shower. NEVER AGAIN... STAY CLEAR

This place is really nice, and everything b still seems new. However, there isn't any electrical outlets by the TV. So good luck trying to plug in gaming system or charge your laptop while going HDMI to the TV.
