We used Windsor Marquees to hire a marquee for our wedding just outside Flaxley. Gerome (the owner) was incredibly helpful all the way throughout and everything was provided exactly as he promised at a great price. He even came to the rescue after a last minute change in our numbers providing extra tables and chairs! We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you

Gerome at Windsor Marquees supplied marquee, tables and chairs etc. for our wedding. He was really nice and it was enjoyable working with him until a few of the things he supplied went wrong and he totally changed character. His behaviour was unprofessional, angry and aggressive over a minor issue I asked him to fix. I told him a chair was broken (because it was missing the Velcro to attach the chair pad to the chair base so the chair pad wouldn't stay on) and asked him to sort it. When he came back with a replacement he literally shouted in my face, angrily, over and over again that i should have been more specific because he could have fixed it rather than getting a different chair. He reduced me to tears in front of my family and (now) husband. I just stood there and took it because i was in shock and I didn't want to make things worse and get too upset on the eve of my wedding. He should have asked for greater clarification if it was important, we didn't know that or we would have said exactly what was wrong-we weren't trying to be unhelpful-of course we weren't. He didn't apologise for his conduct at all throughout the rest of the time he was on site despite multiple opportinities; in fact he didn't say a single word more to me. Now everyone who saw his behaviour would say to avoid Windsor Marquees like the plague - as I am doing here. Avoid this company if you want to be sure to enjoy the precious set up time before your wedding as he put a huge dampener on it for my husband, our families and I.
