DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN!! I wish there was a zero star option. They lied to a customer about having a plant based burger and when they went back to order it again another employee said they never had a plant based burger. No manager is trying to resolve the situation either or even give an apology. Wont be surprised if they get sued for false advertisement, not to mention that is considered a form of poisoning.

Tried the Big Mary which has a special Monday price. It was okay, not bad and not great. Wouldn't but it at original price though.
Mary Brown's is so good, I'm so glad it finally came to Windsor! The delicious taters and gravy is something magical that never leaves your mind. Before they opened in Windsor I hadn't had it since I was a child but I never forgot those taters and they taste every bit as good as I remember. The Big Mary, dressed with it's signature pickle on top beats any KFC sandwich. The pop ins have actual good size pieces of chicken and aren't all breading. Definitely check it out.
Horrible. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich. Chicken was so dry you couldn't chew it and it also had bones in it. The chicken was so sparse it didn't even cover the bread. Top slice of bread was the heel. There is more chicken on a wing than there was in this sandwich. Do not waste your 8. Will not return.
Chicken was good but the breasts are small, and the family size poutine was more like a single serving. Nothing like the Mary Browns I'm used to in Bowmanville. Not worth the money at this new location.

2 stars based only on how friendly & fast the service is. I've ordered food from here twice. Both times I've been extremely disappointed. First time I had the tenders, second the chicken sandwich. Very flavorless, as in no flavor at all. I had the chicken sandwich from 7/11 tonight, and it was honestly a lot better than the one I received from Mary Browns. Take a second to consider what I just said...GAS STATION CHICKEN IS BETTER THAN A ACTUAL CHICKEN FRANCHISE. t
After a horrible experience last year I thought I would give this place another try. Even worse than before - extremely SLOW. Don't come here unless you want to be waiting for your food for 40 minutes. They're very understaffed and serve the Skip drivers before getting to anyone else. Only 2 people working and they take their sweet time. AVOID!!
