I cannot thank Tracy and the entire team there for making it possible to have a lift chair delivered to my Mom same day as purchase was made. I know we purchased the floor model and that helped but the compassion and ease of making my mom comfortable is most appreciated.

I called on a Tuesday and ordered my mom a chair for the shower, the lady took all my information for the order so my husband could go back the following day and pick it up but when he got there they didnt have my order. After some fussing they found my order, take down the name of the person you talk to when you call there or you could be stuck without your order! Not helpful during a stressful time!

Management is very unprofessional in my opinion. They're pretty much always looking for a delivery driver because of how high the turnover is. I have a lot of experience as one and I've applied to them a couple times in the past. The first time they gave me a call but didn't leave a voicemail. I called them back but the manager was \busy\ so I was told they would call me back; which they didn't. I tried once again a couple days later and the same thing happened. I could be a good longterm employee but they're unprofessional and the workers are obviously underpaid and underappreciated.
