Freddie just finished repairing my winter coat. It was a little old but I loved the coat and thought nothing could be done to it. I brought it to Mena’s just to see what they could do. I brought it home and it is absolutely perfect, like new!! Thank you!!!

Careful...this is Not professional alterations unfortunately... they Ruined 2 bathing suit bottoms and one of my favourite lulu shirts! I also had shoes to be repaired and glued that were to be sent out that we're not done and when I brought it to the owner's attention he was quite rude to me! Unable to recommend...
Mena's Cleaners is a small business that treats every customer like they are the most important! The owner always engages in kind conversation and is very thorough and honest. He will always give you his best price and if something costs extra or may take longer than expected, he is upfront...no surprises at the register! We recently requested repairs to 2 coats due to dog damage and when he asked when we needed it for, I very hesitantly said within 24 hours (in anticipation of a large snowfall) and he said absolutely! We were beyond grateful!! We have had several other items pressed, stitched and repaired over the last 2 years and have always been very happy! Support small businesses in Windsor...support Mena's Cleaners...you won't be disappointed!
Freddie and his staff cleaned my nieces white coat that had egg on it. They told us they could not guarantee it would come out, but they were successful in getting 100% all the egg out of the coat. I highly recommend they're efficient and friendly service to everybody that needs alterations and dry cleaning
Horrible service and arrogant owner. Takes job without knowing if he can do it. DO NOT go you will only be ripped off.
