My fiance, son and I walked into the store for the first time, there was only us and one other customer, and the lady working which Im assuming she is the owner of the store. First impressions of her were already bad, she did not greet us or smile at us. She simply looked up at us and walked away. We didn't think much of it at first, and as we were browsing for jackets we had noticed all over the bottom half of the jacket and sleeves At least over 40 jackets in a row had dog hair all over it!!!! We were very unimpressed that they were in such bad condition. As we continue to browse my fiance tried on a few "clean" jackets on the mannequins and I caught her giving us the death stare for no reason. My fiance finally walked up to her to ask for help, since she did not approach us at all. She answered back to us very rudely and looked at us like we were insects! Literally we felt so uncomfortable asking her to measure my fiance. She then measured him without saying a word. As she measured him he was asking her a question saying " So I am this size, do you have a jacket that's my size?" She answers back with no expression in her face " Well grab stuff and ill tell you, and walks away! We will never ever step foot in that place again! It has been the worst experience we BOTH have been through. Whoever this lady is (I'm assuming owner) or employer I hope you read this and know you need to get out of the customer service industry ASAP! you suck at your job! To be blunt. And i hope by telling other people about this place that they wont have to go through what we went through. And also they shouldn't be purchasing ANYTHING from this store with the condition that the jackets are in. Absolutely disgusting. IF YOU DONT BELEIVE ME ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE JACKETS, GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!
