Very disappointed. I purchased two rings from this store and upon purchase was told that they needed protection plans purchased and they would ordered to size and then I would be called to go pick them up. This was not explained that it would void any option of return or exchange. Plus the rings purchase were marked down in price massively just a couple weeks after purchase (even though the sales associate claimed she got us an amazing deal).This store is out to rip you off and has no regard for customer service. Will never shop here again.

I purchased a few necklaces from here for my sister and aunts at Christmas. The manager was incredibly helpful. The jewelry is beautiful
Items were on Boxing Day "clearance" sales, but had obviously been marked up approximately 150% of their actual product value just prior to Boxing Day so that their markdowns would appear desirable even though the new prices were almost double the value of the products. I would recommend cheap equally aesthetic products from online vendors before this retailer.
Amazing customer service! My fiance went shopping for my engagement ring and loved the service so much that she recommended I go to Michael Hill to buy her ring and I am so glad that I did! They made me feel very comfortable and I would definitely recommend them :)
Jewelery is horrible quality. My engagement ring and my husband's wedding band broke. My wedding band took 8 months to come in and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful it was like pulling teeth to get the rings fixed. Would not recommend.
This mall has tons of great options for jewelry. I would avoid Michael Hill just because the employee who helped me smokes and it was so gross I couldn't concentrate on my purchase so I went to a different jewelery store.
