I often have to get blood taken with my allergist, and this lab is connected to the allergist clinic, making it so easy to walk over and get my blood taken. They are slow at times, but normally I’m in and out within 20 minutes. They are gentle when they take your blood, personable, and understand you don’t want to be there and make the experience easier. I never bruise after my blood is taken, which normally happens when I go anywhere else. Keep it up ladies

I don't know why I have a terrible experience here. I always follow the instructions. Grab a number, ring the bell, sit in the waiting room. No one is ever paying attention. One day I wanted 40 minutes before I finally saw someone walking around to ask. They had no idea I was there and there was no reception to ask. Today I waited 20 minutes (after ringing the bell). Again no reception and no one paying attention even though I stood in the door this time hoping for better service. Another nurse passed me and approached the staff in the room and asked her to do blood work on their patient (from the adjoining doctors office?) because they couldn't find a vein and she said sure as she assumed everyone waiting was for the doctors office which wasn't true. There were two patients waiting for you. I left. I don't know how people get good service here. You shouldn't have instructions for patients to follow if you aren't going to follow them. You have no reception to talk to and no one pays attention. This is poor customer service in my opinion. I won't return.
The Female Tech. was quick and professional. I hate getting blood test done but she found the vein on the first time. She volunteered to look after my daughter while I used the washroom. I would recommend this place.
The lady that does the blood work is amazing, she was amazing with my 5 year old and told me anytime she has blood work only bring her to her. She is awesome.
Friendly staff. Very short wait time if any.
